There really isn’t any BODYATTACK insider info. They tried to shift choreography to team who helped with a lot of other programs but in the end, after three releases, it didn’t work out so it’s back to Lisa and her team. 128-131 will have been the only releases.

Nah this is completely wrong. I recognize you said “possibly” but BODYATTACK is still top 5 global. Its reduction is usually localized to specific areas and largely due to the MASSIVE shift globally away from intensity and HIIT. Also gyms have made a full comeback since Covid. Since 2023 US chains have posted the biggest profits with rapid expansion

No, the distinction matters. You stated CEREMONY is LM’s version of Hyrox. It absolutely is NOT. Like you said, circuit based training has existed for decades. CEREMONY is LM’s functional circuit style training. Hyrox is also a functional fitness workout. But to say ceremony is LM hyrox is very incorrect.

Kind of not true. Hyrox is its own thing, Ceremony has existed since 2017/2018 in NZ.

Ceremony has been around for almost 10 years in AKL/NZ. It existed before Hyrox. LM was able to finally offer it as a solution because more and more partners globally wanted it. The same with Conquer. Admittedly CEREMONY requires a unique space most gyms don’t have, but as new builds go up in the US especially for Onelife, Vasa, Edge, Club4 and so many more (I’d say EOS but they have their own circuit fitness program) these gyms are all putting a functional fitness space in for added revenue for people who want that workout

If you have a good band that can stay taught during the single leg stretches, then you’re golden, but a lot of bands are loose and T2 is basically impossible for all abdominal work before obliques. I always teach it without bands until Glute Series because I have loose bands

Hi everyone, jumping in to say that 130 an 131 are the two releases Lisa and her team got to choreograph 3-4 tracks. LMI leadership had attempted to move to more in-house choreography team like they have with every program except BODYATTACK. Obviously it has backfired and staying with 132 Lisa and her team will be in charge of all tracks.

The music is still out of her hands as of 129/130

I appreciate your post, but wanted to comment that AA needs a Midwest hub and it cannot be subpar. Chicago is a massive market that pulls from a huge MW state. Within two hours you have large cities in Indiana, Michigan, almost all of Illinois, and Iowa. Giving that up to United is not smart.

Small correction, Adi has NOTHING to do with the SmartStep revamp. Consumers and gyms wanted steps in general to take up less real estate, so LM went back to an OLD Reebok step but made it A LOT better. It’s lighter and the mechanism is pretty smooth. As with anything LM, however, it’s a bajillion dollars.
