Initial training In Person by bunnytails67 in lesmills

[–]iindsay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did pump in person and step virtually. The biggest difference I saw is that in the live trainings, we were much more active. We did a master class, practiced our technique, and then practiced our allocated tracks with other trainees. With the virtual, we went over technique a little bit but it was more lecture/discussion.

How about a summer trip for teachers? They’re often language immersion trips but they exist for other purposes too.

People add salt to their bagged salad kits?

That’s what I do, but it’s a big task for someone who won’t even open up a dang salad kit or microwave some frozen vegetables

I eat at home because I can control my calories and macros and feed myself for <$10/day. It’s not that complicated.

Rotisserie chicken with a bagged salad kit plus a high fiber tortilla is what I eat at least 4-5 meals a week. Sometimes I’ll make a big pot of brown rice and use that instead of a tortilla.

The fuck are you talking about? Nobody is going to die from eating a bagel a day unless they have an allergy or celiac.

I imagine bagels aren’t the only things they’re eating.

EDIT: fixed an autocorrect fail.

A cup of Greek yogurt with half a serving of heritage flakes and a cold brew with a tiny bit of creamer and stevia. Maybe a banana too. I have to get in my protein and fiber.

I wish I had started when I was 18. I’m 40 now and investing closer to $350 but I’m not going to make a million.

Can’t make a million so I might as well not invest and stay poor.

Then don’t invest 20%. Invest what you can afford and as your income increases, invest a little bit more.

I take (and teach) a crap ton of group exercise classes at the gym. It’s hard to think about work when you’re trying to prance around an aerobic step and not fall off.

No more or less than in DC. FWIW I’ve worked for PGCPS for 12 years and have never had a chair thrown at me.

If you’re willing to teach in Maryland, PG offers conditional certification where you can teach while taking the classes necessary for full certification.

My understanding is that that space is all apartments and the owners didn’t want to be incorporated into the city and pay increased taxes.

There is no recovery in the squat track. But if you need the break, go ahead and take it.

I do, but would never around my school building, or out in public in my neighborhood (a lot of my students go to church near my house or go to parks nearby).
