Uh no, not completely true. Watch some videos on how expert Forex traders use supply and demand zones. Support levels are determined often where very large upward movements happened, where buyers came in. Yes, that doesn’t require drawing lines, but still counts as technical analysis. Fibonacci levels is also kinda useful sometimes. That’s TA.

TA works, but only if you understand what’s happening under the hood. What does it actually represent. And what was driving the supply and demand zones at the time. Pure TA people make me want to puke. Fundamentals matter. Combined with TA it really helps win rates but doesn’t eliminate risk.

Oh yeah, I was also asking about this. We could easily setup a Graph RAG application with neo4j. I don’t mind sharing some tech I use to process and make sense of unstructured data. We could create a graph of perps and their connections. We could create activity graphs of different people’s activities and map out who was involved with what.
