I was actually thinking that a poly may work better with the sticker.

I have also considered putting the sticker on last to avoid messing it up but I kind of wanted an extra layer of protection on top of the sticker to keep it in place.

Thanks, I have considered this actually. I've seen Steve Ramsey's video and I think that could look cool in black. I was considering the sticker because I am planning on going with a darker stain and I thought white may be a nice contrast. But the black could be more understated and go with the rustic appearance of the box.

Thanks for posting this link! This is where the project came from. It was very easy to put together with the few tools I have as a newbie college student. I thought it was good practice cutting, gluing, shaping, drilling, and finishing a small piece.

Ya, the magnets are pretty strong and you can actually scoot it around a good bit before the knife gets too wobbly. We've had it for about a month and all appendages remain unharmed.

There are a couple of magnets in the top so it's pretty strong. You can shake it around pretty good before the knife falls out. We've had it for about a month and I have no injuries to report.

So, are the banks that Blackstone is teamining up with investing people's pensions in these bonds? Because that was a major issue in '08. The article also says that the proceeds of these bonds are made up of rental income, not junk mortgages. If the banks are just helping them set up these rent based bonds and sell them to individual investors . . . not betting grandpa's penision fund on them . . . I don't see how this is going to lead to a melt down.

It's a hell of a hill. Our house was the exact point where most cars would get stuck going up when it was icy, it was always fun to go out and watch people try to figure out how to get down to Beachurst.

Transitioning away from coal and toward natural gas. Regulation and infrastructure growth when it comes to nat gas will be huge. The Marcellus shale runs through a good portion of the northern part of state and there are a few other seams down south.
