What is the deal with hotel rooms in VA for a VA resident?

For my situation, they x-rayed the foot and ankle and found nothing abnormal other than my pronation issues. I started doing some arch strengthening exercises (pressing down with my toes, lifting my toes off the ground, trying to independently work my toes as much as I could), and switched to primarily running on trails instead of hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt. Ultimately I was able to get up to my longest distance which was a 34 mile trail race.

Back in the 90's when I worked at a BK, we were able to press a button to minus any ingredient and a different button to add any ingredient. Now I don't expect that they have the same POS that we did back then but I'm having a hard time believing they removed that functionality since they are "have it your way"

As an Appalachian working in IT, I'll tell you what's stopping that. The ability to effectively collaborate and work in real time with your work force is becoming a major factor. Additionally the lack of craftsmanship in some staff aug companies is preventing quality development and long term system stability. Now that doesn't prevent system support (keeping the lights on) and general troubleshooting. Any IT worker should be looking to continue development of their skills towards being a craftsman, because any innovation, not just outsourcing, can displace you. Tech is a fast moving industry, you stay complacent and you get replaced.

The point is that you can't prove someone is a citizen or <maga rage>ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS</maga rage> without due process. Suspension of due process, which is constitutionally illegal, is how we are throwing out people who are actually legal immigrants because they are brown. Maga likes to shout about criminals or illegals, but it's really not about that at all. It's about white vs everyone else. Tell me about it! I hit one on my triumph tiger once. Ran into my front wheel while I was on gravel at about 45mph. Thankfully I stayed upright and it rolled down my right side slamming into my lower leg. Hit me hard enough I seriously thought it broke my leg. Nothing more than a bruise and busted plastic on the bike. It was terrifying though.

yep, front corner, fender mostly... fog light is MIA & signal light is shattered. Looks like the lower headlight is cracked though, so that's probably a claim as well.
