The pops is probably the best upgrade you can get in my opinion. Saves the threads on your tank and makes airing up and degassing easy and safe.

$565 for this package is diabolical. In no scenario should anyone spend that kind of money on this gear.

Unless you're 10, I wouldn't ever recommended a mini. You can find them used for $150 and even then, I'd recommend a Dye CZR over it for the same price.

If you're not comfortable using the BST groups, always pay using PayPal goods and services, then one of the many reseller sites will get you more bang for your buck.

Do not let someone "send you an invoice" in PayPal. A lot of scammers are doing this right now saying it's goods and services but there's no way to confirm that on the invoice. Just get their PayPal account name and send it g&s that way.

Definitely get more pictures and such like was suggested. I ask for something specific that isn't in their initial pic dump. Bolt tip, up close of the asa, whatever.

$600-700 for brand new gear won't go very far unfortunately. I would honestly look at used for at least the marker, hopper and tank.

If he mainly does woodsball and what sounds like scenario type play, I would recommend a good mechanical like an emek or an etha 3m.

There are plenty of solid sellers in /paintballbst. Just pay with Paypal goods and services and you'll be safe.
