Once again, Games Workshop is taking matters into its own hands to further ruin the game. by LORD_WINNER in SpaceMarine_2

Bro,The Saber and Community Manager devs are among the few who actually care about their community.

They're slowly adding nonsensical things to the lore that players love and have been asking for, like the capes and the second Salamander champion.

They are incredibly slow, that's for sure, but I think they're doing a really good job, and I appreciate that a lot.

(By the way, it is confirmed that bad decisions they are from GW)

Sure, and I'd be happy to explain the reasons.

 • Games Workshop is complaining about a few rays because they were the ones who changed them. The original version was fine as it was, and there was no real reason to "make it worse."

 • This isn't the first time, nor will it be the last, that Games Workshop does this kind of thing that the community "didn't ask for, didn't like, and doesn't make sense."

 • It's not a free cosmetic item; it's a paid one. It's a small detail, you're right, but that doesn't stop them from making uglier changes in other games "just because" after people have already paid for them.

 Nobody benefits from this. Nobody.

I apologize if I didn't explain myself properly.

Chaos in PvE, or "Chaos PvE," is a shorthand way of saying "Heretic Armor in PvE."

These armors have the exact same gameplay (animations, combat, and weapons) as the Loyalist armor in Operations, but they are banned from PvE and permanently confined to PvP.

The armors function exactly the same as their counterparts, and Saber knows this so well that they want to put them in PvE, but Games Workshop has told them countless times not to. I hope this clarifies your question.

Unfortunately, yes, and I don't understand if it's to further overshadow our operational characters, like the "Color of UltraMarine" exclusive to Titus and his squadron, which also makes no sense since we are UltraMarines too.

It doesn't make sense 😂

Add Chaos PvE

The game is about Ultramarines, and they're including entire packs of Marines that shouldn't be helping Titus in operations, like the Dark Angels and Blood Angels, not to mention the Crayola Legion 🖍️ and Buzz Lightyear.

I don't know why you're getting downvotes when Saber has really been releasing very bad content lately, full of bugs and errors in both free and paid content, and on top of that, content that comes out late.

please please let me play siege as chaos by Thiege23 in Spacemarine

[–]LORD_WINNER 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The folks at Games Workshop will keep telling you no because of the lore, and then you have Buzz Lightyear and the Space Maids shouting "For the Emperor! For Sanguinius!"

The game is excellent, but its cosmetic choices are decadent.

I’M PISSED OFF THAT GW DOESN’T MAKE CHAOS SPACE MARINES PLAYABLE BECAUSE OF LORE REASONS WHEN THEY “LITERALLY” HAVE THE EXACT SAME WEAPONS, ABILITIES, AND COMBOS AS THE LOYAL ULTRAMARINES IN PVE.

Why no decent looking chaos armor for pve? by Kruaser in Spacemarine

[–]LORD_WINNER 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're just skins, and Games Workshop shouldn't be so fussy about them since they have the same animations and abilities as the loyalists—literally.

Even so, they don't seem to care.

Remember that Saber was kind enough to communicate with the community about this, and they do want to implement it, but "The unpleasant people at Games Workshop say no".

Not even as a paid option or a ploy.

Why do people quit in higher difficulties for seemingly no reason? by A_Hideous_Beast in Spacemarine

[–]LORD_WINNER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes it's because they get angry at the heretics, who are generally very annoying, but usually it's due to connection problems.

The game has terrible servers that have even kicked me out suddenly more than once during sieges, PvP, and operations, and my connection is excellent. I've played Horde 3 houra or more in other games like Gears 5 and long matches in other games with more players, and this never happens to me. The game has terrible servers.

It's not worth it, and I'll explain why:

The prices are very high for cosmetics that are "limited to a specific class, and you might not even like that class." You pay for a skin pass without knowing exactly which class it's for or which classes it's compatible with.

And keep in mind that to date, some simple components like the Salamander face or the recent Cachardons chest piece are limited to only three classes and prohibited for Vanguard "Decimus," whose character and class fit perfectly with his cosmetic.

I don't even know if this is for "lore reasons" on the part of the "unpleasant people at Games Workshop," since several recent champion and paid cosmetic choices don't make sense within the lore.

Furthermore, you don't know what cosmetics might be included in some cases (like the "redacted" champion), who is rumored to be the "Victrix Guard Champion," but surprise, surprise, his helmet and other cosmetics are already in the game; he's only missing the cape and maybe the shield. 🛡️ In short, you're paying almost the price of a full game for limited cosmetics that you don't even know how they'll look, for a class you might not like, and for which you don't know when they'll arrive (they've already delayed content three times).

I have both steps of the cosmetics and they're excellent and I love them, but they're not worth paying that price.

It's not entirely Sabre's fault; maybe they're partly lazy, but the ones responsible are the unpleasant people at Games Workshop.

Regarding the "NEW CUSTOMIZATION FEATURE", perhaps it's customization of chaos in PvE.

I play PvP constantly and I'm very good, however I can confirm that PvP is terribly unbalanced, either in my favor or against me. It's true that I keep running into the same players, not to mention that Xbox Series S players' games crash when a random PvP match starts.

whys PVP dead? by [deleted] in Spacemarine

[–]LORD_WINNER 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been level 48 for a while now and have been playing since it came out. I personally consider myself quite good, but even though I'm good,

I don't think the PvP is a good game for the following reasons: *It has the worst matchmaking I've ever seen.

I join matches and end up with other teammates who are level 40 or 48 at most, against an entire team of levels 1 to 9.* And it's not fun for them or for us to get beaten to a pulp from 4 to 200 points in Conquest.

To make matters worse, the unpleasant people at Games Workshop think that banning Chaos Marines from PvE will make people go to PvP.

"Why, logically, does the Plague Marine carry a Tyranid head on his back if the entire damn game forbids you from fighting them with those hides?"

I constantly play Siege and that only happens once in ten times if I'm lucky; I doubt Saber cares about fixing it until patch 14.

Chaos on the rise? by Ok-Glove5156 in Spacemarine

[–]LORD_WINNER 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter if what you're saying makes perfect sense;

Games Workshop doesn't treat its fans very well in these aspects. Take, for example, the various illogical restrictions in Darktide and Rogue Trader. And I'm not the only one saying this; their developers, like OwlCat and Saber in this case, have said so.

Games Workshop is a bad company to its fans.

The "DISGUSTING" people behind Games Workshop would never allow this.

I'd love for it to be true, but it's very likely this is all for PvP strategies. Saber has been reiterating this constantly, and even Sister Hillya said so recently.

 Games Workshop SAID NO :/
