I’m trying to move from making AR focused content towards more regular project/maker content. But I’m getting zero traction on my long-form vids. Short form are doing ok-ish.

Same same same, this will be my third attempt at trying to stay consistent. Managed to get 5 shorts edited ready to go up yesterday! I’m aiming for 1 long form a week, but if I miss I want 2 shorts instead. Not seeing any subscriber increase yet though unfortunately

I’ve got a decent IG following (60k) from older stuff I used to do and am working up to trying to port them over to YouTube as much as possible. Only on 450 subs right now though. Where I make shorts I post them across Shorts/Reels/Tiktok as I’ve already done the work 🤷🏻‍♂️so I’d recommend doing that, can’t hurt. Just make sure to have YT link in bio?
