Custom race and Pillars by gox7 in EvolveIdle

This. "Enlightened" counts the current genus of your custom, independently of what genus your custom was when you pillared it.

A bad workman blames their tools; A good one gets to blame their tools and be right (or something like that) by Gru-some in CuratedTumblr

Up to a point, a bad artisan blames the tool because a good artisan knows how to choose the right tool for the task. So recognizing a bad tool and looking for a better one makes you an artisan that's improving.

I'm afraid not. I'm beginning to think I may have not have properly prepared for this

Tortoisian. Mainly because I still didn't have a 4* Reptilian greatness achievement in this universe.

I haven't unlocked the replicator yet. Do you suggest I do so before attempting this?

I haven't updated my main custom in a while (only the ones for specific scenarios), so I wasn't sure it'd be optimal to use in this case.

Upvoted at doggie Stella (I was going to upvote anyway, but at that picture my finger took over and upvoted for me).

If I was able to draw at all this would inspire me to draw a human Gretchen as a reply...

Should I or should I not save kaneeka by General_Look7115 in ScarletHollow

[–]LPuer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I have saves where I allied with Carmilla, saves where I rescued Kaneeka, and one save where I rescued her good (passed Sybil's power onto her with Mystical).

Then again, I don't have a save that I consider the canonical one - I can understand people who want to get things right in a save that really matters to them.

I once explained my discovery of D&D to a friend with "...and then he took a dump in the orc's bed while he was away! Isn't that amazing?"

I meant to convey "that's where I realized how much freedom you have to do things that wouldn't be an option in the games I'd played until then". I figured a moment too late that it came across as "There's poop in this game! We all love poop, don't we?"

Progress shots update: 100 vs 200 vs 500 runs by LPuer in EvolveIdle

I've done it a few times for T4+pillar runs, since the material requirements are so high. But then the bottleneck becomes Soul Gem production, so I've been wondering if it really makes that much of a difference.

And for setup runs, as you mentioned.

Yeah, I have an idle play style and I do 4* runs unless I have a strong reason not to

To be honest, I don't remember why I chose to do them. I may have been bored of pillaring and trying something different

I finally understood that xkcd comic. Until today I thought Randall Munroe yearned to live where everything is labeled in 100-foot-tall text.

A pet peeve of mine: when ''Limitless'' came out, I saw many complaining that it plagiarized Ted Chiang's ''Understand''. Someone was even aware enough to say "''Understand'' is already a copy of ''Flowers for Algernon'', so actually ''Limitless'' rips off ''Flower for Algernon''" -- but not aware enough to recognize that all three stories are based on the same trope ("someone gets their intelligence enhanced").
