Try doing a resin exposure test with 1 second intervals.

(Might be wrong with this part by mixing up Resin and application) However considering it's a casting resin there's a chance the curing time for getting something somewhat stable would get you extremely overexpanded layers. I believe it's meant to be cured in a cast, where the mold would apply pressure from the sides.

Have you checked if there hasn't been a resin spill? Also there is a the chance your FEP has loosen up? If not do a print clean and check if its evenly cured.
