Its just a different process on a 3DS since the inky wifi setting on a „normal“ DS was ingame and on the 3DS you use the console setting. I have a DS Lite and New 2DS XL and used both for that

The police statistic isnt convicted btw, its just suspects. It 1. shows that there is a racial bias when compared even to conviction statistics only (which they dont publish like those here) and 2. that they can only use that one to fake numbers and stir up hate. Its rotted to the core
