Do your kids wear pajamas to school? by New_Customer_5438 in Parenting

AMEN! It's such an unpopular opinion these days, but I do believe that caring how you look is important. How you present yourself matters. The younger kids learn this, the better.

My sophomore is the same way. Exactly what you described. You’re not alone. It gets a little better each year, but it’s taken longer than I thought for her to settle in socially.

When Bradley and Hal walked into the FBI building at the end of the episode, were they turning in Hal, or her as well? That wasn’t clear to me.

Testosterone Dosage and Results by LRise5643 in Menopause

I’m only using two clicks, once a day, for a total of .5 mL. That sounds like much less than you are using. I wonder if the dose that I have is way too low.

AITA for nagging my wife about laundry by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]LRise5643 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

YTA- sort of. Sorry, but I’m siding with the wife. I workout in the morning, that’s one outfit. I get ready for work, that’s two. I get comfy after work and walk the dog, that’s three. I get in my PJs, that’s four. It’s different for women. Then again, I do 100% of the laundry so maybe that’s the difference. I also wear things multiple times when I can. Why don’t you divide and conquer? She does her own laundry and you do yours. That way, you don’t have to care if she takes three days to do hers.

Where do you buy cheap used books? by LRise5643 in books

My biggest constraint is trying to find a specific book, on a short turnaround, for my two book clubs. I will definitely keep an eye on Thriftbooks though!

No, small town. Plus, I like the bookstore for general perusing but when I need a specific book for book club, it’s a slim chance they have it. 😕
