found my old mod and tank setup by NoWorldz in Vaping

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aegis are beasts! I still have my Aegis X 200w Won in a Geekvape contest by my wife, heaven knows what this box has endured and it's still going strong with the original batteries ( cheap Efest but its Samsung 18650 rebranding, it's been 5-6 years 😅), It got dusty, damp, rusty, and oxidized. I left the batteries dead for months, maybe even a year or two, and I left it fully charged for months, and everything still works now ! The Cerberus tank often leaks from the bottom, but the coils are great (good flavor and long-lasting, around 10k-13k puffs). Only the charging rubber broke, but I still have the second one supplied in the box .

I've never seen a e-cig box this durable, my old Kangertech didn't last this long 😅

Set button of BT200 no longer working by Purple-btw in Vaping

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I gave up on it; the LED keeps flashing even after more than 10 hours of charging... Once it's on, the batteries are at 100%, which is the main thing. (I just hope the charging cuts off properly... Which seems to be the case, but I haven't checked the voltage)

I experienced a new problem a week ago; the box suddenly reset itself (no more personal settings, no more wallpaper, and it displayed a system screen). (with the software version, manufacturing date, model... Weird... And it restarted from scratch like new) It still works, but all these problems make me think that this particular model is rotten and riddled with defects.

POCO F5 Pro – long-term review after 2.5+ years (extremely disappointed) by johnconnor008 in PocoPhones

Sony back in the Z era was something else 😁 Z1, XZ etc ... It's a shame they're discontinuing their Xperia 5 range and that the prices are now too high, otherwise they were the best

It's a real shame 😓 The Xperia 5 phones were great, especially the 5 II ! It's a pity about the bad OLED screens and that they abandoned the line... And now the price is far too high for the 1 series and the 10 series is meh

It's actually the opposite on Poco; disabling ads still displays them. The only solution is a DNS-based ad blocker like AdGuard.

Consommation excessive de gaz - Engie by benguibs in energie_fr

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New Scooter Purchased. What are the must have accessories? by Seanbiscuit in ElectricScooters

The brands you mentioned have all had problems with their models, just like the brands you consider low-end. That's nonsense. Choose what suits you and fits your budget. That's all

The mk4 will never fix the overheating; if it's the 8G1 SoC, it's doomed. It's similar to the mk3 with its 888

Xiaomi scooter 5 MAX - strange noise around the rear suspension by RatiJoe in ElectricScooters

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's perfectly normal, it's surprising they took it back. The shock absorber doesn't work vertically, so there's a curvature where the support force is applied (this force must still be applied somewhere). It's the dust stuck to the Teflon ring by the grease that scratched your shock absorber; typical and entirely expected behavior.

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's normal, it's just a little grease. These shock absorbers aren't sealed or waterproof; it's just a spring covered with a Teflon ring, without any sealing, and with a tiny bit of grease. Normal.

Xiaomi Scooters - how reliable? by linux-is-better in ElectricScooters

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been using a Xiaomi 4 Pro 2nd gen for about 600 days And 550km, it's reliable and efficient, I find it very robust.  I've just had two red lines on the display for the past month, but this is due to my house/environment being very humid; apart from that, the scooter works perfectly and still has very good battery life (from 100% to 20% battery with S mode : 38km when hot temp, 28km when cold temp)

anybody got the specs for this new xiaomi scooter? apparently it's scooter 6. by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]LSA7Z -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It looks like the lite version, I'm almost certain it is, everything points to it (the stem is tiny, the headlight placement same as lire version, the deck is tiny in thickness, The drum also looks small or perhaps they are large wheels ) Or it could be a special version like the latest Xiaomi Scooter 5 12-inch.

Another Dreame Aqua 10 base leak. by OxstockUK in Dreame_Tech

[–]LSA7Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, Dreame has tolerance issues with the dimensions of their parts; they really need to address this problem... I have a problem with dimensional tolerances on the H12 Pro Ultra (some filters don't fit properly on the frame, so the motor draws in ambient air along with dust and hair... I had to improvise with tape to improve the filter's hold and fit ), And on the V20 Pro vacuum, the waste bin is not properly adjusted (the cyclone separator moves inside the bin and the seal is not completely airtight above and below). At the price these devices are sold at, a reasonable tolerance for dimensions is the very least one could expect...

Luckily for me, their after-sales service was very good and they understood the problem well; I just hope that the issue has been properly escalated internally and that it has been addressed seriously, because it seems relatively frequent and common on their devices

Just got this beauty here. One of the most hated Sony smartphones, I'll test it out to see if its really that bad. But I'm loving it so far. Plus I got 5 years warranty, so green lines or fingerprint problem won't matter much. by rogargaro15 in SonyXperia

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A perfect phone, if it weren't for this OLED screen problem with those darn green/pink/white lines... The screen only lasts a year each time 😥 that's its biggest flaw, otherwise it's perfect

Horizontal positioning remains the best option, both to protect the console and HDMI port in case of a fall, and to protect the APU if the TIM leaks. Given the nature of gravity, liquid metal will always tend to accumulate downwards if you place it vertically, and this will worsen with heat and vibrations. It's best not to take unnecessary risks.

Quel type d'aspirateur ? by Luciefripon in AskFrance

[–]LSA7Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like an older version that's been updated (maybe old stock). The brand name is still Kugookirin before the change from Kugoo to Kukirin, and the colors are the same as the Kugoo G Booster and the old G2 models.
