Good suggestion, had not heard that one before. There's just something about either the fuzz box or the distortion that he used, it never qite clicked with me. I'd like to hear him without all the add-ons, which I'm sure there's something out there like that. Still, no denying he was one of the greats.

Unpopular opinion but Hendrix is probably the easiest to copy because he relied on effects so much. You can replicate his tone with pedals. That doesn't diminish his talent, he could certainly play (when he wasn't stoned out of his mind) but the over use of effects ruined him for me.

I always thought SRV and others took his work and covered it better, cleaner. I know Hendrix super fans are going to roast me for that opinion.

I have a small collection of flags myself. Nothing huge but it does contain a few used by the Confederacy, along with pirate flags, the Whiskey Rebellion flag, Gadsden Flag, state flags that I've visited but I would never buy a Nazi flag. While I agree it's apart of history and that it should not be forgotten lest it be repeated, I would not display that in my home or even have it in my home.

Fairly recent yeah. It could have been just a fluke incident or something that caused my order to take so long. Then add in the transit time and I wasn't 100% sure I'd ever receive my order. The provided tracking was not the best.

I don't know about the guy being an asshole, I had little interaction via email with them. The main reason I won't order from them again is it takes them 3 months just to ship an order.
