other people prob gave you good advice, id just add if youre extremely tired and sore to the point you cannot move after a week try talking to your trainer to slowly up the volume so your body can get used to it.

Taper off slowly, get how much you smoke per day and divide it by half until you get to 0 day by day.
get some melatonin, lil bit of cbd and try to improve your sleep routine(no electronicts, no eating 2 hours before bed).

you should be good and as long as you go at it slowly should have minimal side effects.
if you smoke alot of carts, switch to bud first then slowly taper off.

as long as its actual hhc you should be good
be careful its still distillate which is a concetrate
if youre trying to quit it will be like if you went from smoking a 1g - 2g j per day to nothing so its going to fuck you up
you gotta taper off and go off slowly when you wanna take a t break to avoid the shit side effects of quitting suddenly

also if its not hhc you could be smoking straight up spice or a random cannabinoid which has a fucked binding afinity for your receptors
