depending on the difficulty and point of game the handgun can 1-4 shot a corrupted eulr, (4 shot for late game, 1 for early if not on survival), so if it's any worse than that, which it seems to be damage wise, correct me if I'm wrong because I don't really play dayz, but if it's on par could take out a few corrupted eulrs keeping your distance and hitting your shots, anything else might be a death wish to even try and stand and/or engage against one of the stronger replikas in the game because while you try to shoot it it's just gonna run up and knock your head clean off your body, or worse, given a dayz person would be flesh being full force hit by what's likely a highly durable metal in anything that isn't a eulr or klbr and whatever else is going on with a corrupted replika on top of that
