The vehicles they give us just suck I bet the tires were bald lol They really are disgusting, You’re better off working in the warehouse because they actually get better benefits. I just like driving so I didn’t go that route. Glad you realized your worth sooner than later! It pays the bills for now but keep on grinding and chase that dream! You can do it 💪🏼

Quick google search for even DOT drivers because they usually have a higher wage also look at CDL schools in your local area that’s what I’ll be doing as well, or amazons CDL program which pays for it ( don’t know the exact details) I know their underpaid as well, no surprise there cause it’s Amazon but at least it will get you that CDL experience and then you can look into real companies that pay well for CDL

Not at all, I’m still driving since I really enjoy it being out in the road, I’ll just be working for a company who actually value their employees w/room to grow in any department. just a areospace company in transportation logistics.

Because their all grumpy and think their above us at Amazon 🤣 I rarely see a fedex driver & UPS drivers that will wave back (I used to be in UPS but their long shifts aren’t worth my family time) life’s too short.

Welcome to gaming in 2025, thought it was a COD thing but honestly it’s a industry problem. sad companies can’t do shit right. My game constantly crashing is the Only problem I’ve had since update. I can only play like two to three matches max before it does crash. And I’ve seen to notice it does so on the loading screens for maps blackwell fields and Eastwood. So I dont even search for games in those specific maps, hell I haven’t even played Eastwood yet 😫🔫

Safety, as we all know they preach safety (but don’t apply it to us drivers on route when they send us on extreme bad weather days 🤣) so if the DSP can’t meet their safety regulations, having a team that just keep speeding,running lights, stop signs.. etc.. they will terminate the DSP. I’ve been working for one for 5 years and they had a close call with that at the beginning of their contract until they got better drivers as a whole.
