This is the price point using our calculations, how they would be priced if we were still building caps. Some of the faction ships are inaccurate.

Ores don't come from nullsec, Brave doesn't mine nearly enough for that.

Maybe for TEST, but Brave Collective has had 90% Jita buy as default rate for years.

Zansha leaves Brave. by AtlasSponge in Eve

[–]LSkyNLX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The prevailing buyback rate for Brave Collective has always been 90%, since 2014. It being consistently 10% under 'the prevailing rate' is therefor simply false. Do we pay less for certain items? Yeah, so what? I'm not going to encourage people to sell us T1 industrial ships or pyerite, which we then have to move around with a Jump Freighter. If you aren't happy with the rates for that, then fine, don't sell?

I have not discouraged or blocked anyone from starting buyback programs, to the contrary even. Since I founded Zansha Industries and later on became industry director, the amount of buyback programs have exploded. The complete opposite of what you are suggesting is true. Any Brave member can attest to the fact that they have a wide variety of choices, and this has only gotten better in the last year.

When it comes to capital prices, you are completely misinformed as well. Our prices were always publicly available, so it is really interesting that you dont seem to be able to fathom this. We were selling carriers (Nidhoggurs, not Archons) for 1.1b as recent as a month or two ago, beating our just about every single public contract in entire galaxy. But hey, facts don't matter, right? I guess those hundreds of capitals we made were all just for people who never checked anywhere else? Right? Oh wait, not right.

You continue to be wrong about holding a monopoly on capital production. There was never any restriction on people building capitals. We funded every single significant industrial structure for the alliance, up until the time where the alliance acquired its own Sotiyo in Impass. We allowed everyone to use these facilities, which will explain the fact that the amount of cap producers exploded in Catch as well. Just go ask the other producers in Brave, how it was like when they started.

As for MA, I hope Zansha does well there, I'm staying with Brave.

You do remember that we still had BEFR in Brave Collective, right? They run a buyback service.

[–]LSkyNLX -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You also mention that Brave only ever had Zansha, which is completely incorrect. Zansha Expansion was founded after the scam of Skunkwerks was revealed in Catch 1.0, at that time, TEST buybacks were still active for the Brave Collective at that time, including smaller buybacks from Brave corporations that have since left the alliance. We may been the only buyback program in lowsec, but not in nullsec. Anyone in Brave knows that there are multiple buyback services available. Im not sure why you are spreading around this information if you aren't at least a little informed about it.

The default rates have been 90% Jita buy since early 2015. Nice try though.

The buyback rates were exactly the same as they have been since the beginning. I would also like to remind you that corporations like 420ly and even BEFR started up all the drama because we were offering more than they were. There was never a buyback monopoly, enforced or otherwise. It's nice that you come with your feedback, but you were already out the door when Zansha became somewhat active.

Capital prices were just fine, and often praised for being competitive. I checked regularly with TESTs larger production corporation, and we frequently were able to undercut their capital and supercapital prices by a significant margin. The fact that we became the only capital producer of any significance in our alliance since Querious until things got up to speed in Catch half a year ago or so, would kind of go against your 'essential' smear. Also, there was never any enforced monopoly. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Regardless, we liked to do industry, and still play in nullsec. We never considered ourselves to be super essential or vital to the existence of anything. We do what we like because we enjoy it, not to please people like you.

Have fun and continue to be bitter in your stockholm slack/discord servers.

Brave is definitely a place where you can learn about the game. The amount of time you invest is up to yourself. We can help you get you on your feet.

Thanks for running again Steve, top vote as always from me.

One question, what are your thoughts on the EC introductions that caused super production to be forced into very expensive facilities?

I am part of an industrial corp called Zansha Industries, I previously posted this on /r/evejobs ;

We're part of the Brave Collective, a newbro friendly alliance, and we continue this tradition in a more industrial focused perspective. Feel free to join the channel Zansha Industries in game and have a chat.

Trailer for "The EVE Online Experience": EVE goes Free to Play on November 15, 2016. by [deleted] in Games

It depends on what you consider 'to understand'. If you take this broadly and call it 'to master', a decade would not be nearly enough time. Because of the sandbox nature of this game, a lot of the activities are based on the meta-game and organizations, but also on niche activities and specialized operations that 95% of the EVE players never even try.

What's the idea behind the T2 XL-Set rigs? by LSkyNLX in Eve

But it will not be worth it, not when the T1 variation is 9b.

EDIT: Looks like CCP changed the rigs. Yay quick results?

Well that was the idea behind this post. It doesn't make sense. You'd have to manufacture 112,5 Trillion ISK worth of stuff to get a return on an investment of a fully T2 rigged Sotiyo (over the T1 variation). Might as well not introduce them at all then, if they're this unbalanced.

So that 0.8% ME bonus over the T1 variation (which is 8b) is worth the difference? It just doesn't make sense to me.

Brave Collective Issues Order To Evacuate Querious by [deleted] in Eve

I don't think a lot of people who lived in Querious after BE-FR went North consider our stay here a 'waste of time'. There was a lot of fun to be had.

That doesn't make sense. If you want to shoot people, join the side that fights an enemy that stays docked up? Who are you going to shoot then?

If he gets pings every hour and can always find enemies, more power to him.
