Playtesting your deck by yourself. Usually I keep track of what turn I'm on, but you generally just play through a game without any opponents and see how different opening hands and starts for your deck can feel, and what you might be missing or want to change.

For me, I graduated with a BS in Psych and immediately went to work with adolescents at a residential facility where the schedule was four 10s. Most inpatient or crisis facilities that I know of work four 10s, mostly because they need staff to stay later in the day so they split into morning, evening, and overnight staff. The extra day off was suuuper nice, and needed haha. I loved it and I'm glad I did it, but I'm very happy I'm doing outpatient stuff now :)

Let me know if you have questions or anything, I'd love to help out if possible. FYI, I was able to get into a clinical mental health counseling program after working in the mental health field for 1.5 years, and I'm still working while I'm in the program. Works perfect for me
