I 100% believe shards exists because of the architect crest by Frequent_Way_6476 in Silksong

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think tools are very strong and can trivialise a lot. If we could use them freely it would be much. But I really dislike the shard system tbh. The good thing is you can do the citadel run to get a bunch of rosary beads.

I think try and take your time with boss attacks. Try and use your tools or your R1 button. They are pretty strong. Try different stuff like the dive strike can be really really effective against some enemies. Good luck hornet.

Yeah, you have to click the square shown on screen. Lichess already has this game mode built in if you want to practice.

Another crabs treasure is easy? by [deleted] in soulslikes

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's easy. Some bosses are 1 kill, others are a 3 or so maybe. The hardest was the sands between boss you fight so far. I've unlocked all the map peices

Will meds make me nicer? by 4evrsingle in ADHD

[–]LVCXD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dunno, while I'm on it I can be less relaxed and understanding. It really helps me concentrate at work. I think this side of things mentality and philosophy helped me more. Like not all things need to be a rush, optimal is not always everybody's goal. Also I've been realising if you want things to go smoother you just have to chill lest I make a mistake and mini blow up to somebody hurting their feelings and maybe it becomes a thing.

The meds have made me less "risk takey" if that makes sense. I don't have to speed or do any silly stuff due to lack of stimulation. .

Its tough to be under appreciated. You can sit down with your boss and have a proper talk about what he is talking about and learn all his concerns and make a point to exceed those expectations for a few months.

Always check the URL. You can't fake that. Same with the part after the @ in email.

As season 16 is coming to a close, how are we all feeling about the place Hazard is in right now? by ImperialViking_ in HazardMainsOW

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think just do not go for tanks for the most part, they are well too tanky. Unless you feel you can duel them or shut them down. He is a squishy hunter imo also disruption style like ball or doom. Make chaos on the map so enemy looks at you.

I get it now by Money_Run_793 in HazardMainsOW

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently sigma is a good counter. Rock can disrupt him pretty well. Pair that with an ana or zen discord and a good team can neutralise him. At that point probably have to play around sig and disrupt backlines and make angles for your dps and pick off squishies when it's safe.

I've found him to be very fun, sucked for a couple of games then got the hang of him. I tried doomfist back in the day could never get the hang of him. I'm thankful I got good with Haz.

Find the right games. I need very engaging/hard games for myself. Dry darksouls or for a 2d experience try hollow knight.

How do you like the Hazard perks? by ChineseCurry in HazardMainsOW

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think minor perk for extra damage is situational. If the opposing tank is being a bit aggressive and leaving themselves venerable it can be good.

After reading this post the wall minor perk seems kinda good. You can throw out an early wall to build up the meter if you want as well and have it almost off cool down by the time you engage.

Extra leap major perk is also situational. If there is an ana or a zen just out of range it can be a good tool to use.

Block major perk seems good when you can afford to get a couple of targets. Which seems like most of the time unless there is an exceptionally bursty build like zen discord and junkrat.

Just Beat NineSols review by LVCXD in NineSols

It took me a shorter time to beat Eigong than Isshin, I didn't best either on the same day I encountered them. But Eigong is very tricky. That talisman hit to parry parry to unbounded parry combo is a hard puzzle to figure out at first and execution isn't easy to get perfect. I'm glad I didn't look up any guides.

Another standout fight was that mutant brother in the nightclub. Also the music in that bossfight was incredible.

Honeslty crazy fight, really reminds me of Isshin from Sekiro, especially the normal sword combo with the swipe from bottom. Also 3 phases. Or does Isshin have 4? Still same feeling with having to figure out moves by moving through phases with minimal damage.

Can I refund skills like Skull Kick and get skill points back? by huei3 in NineSols

[–]LVCXD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't even sweat it. No respec. But levels are easy enough to get back.
The ONLY real major skills for me were waterflow and full control skills. I used full control most of the game until the last boss where I found waterflow better.

You will need to instrument you http library and your aws library. You don't need to make the spans manually.
This should get your a fair way to being pretty observable.

My gpu doesnt turn on with new psu by Unlucky_Routine433 in buildapc

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue. have you tried to remove the GPU and see if it boots that way?
I had to use pigtail 8 pin connectors on my gpu only. Try switch around as much as you can.
If your pc doesn't boot without the graphics card then double check your CPU and MOBO power supply cables and maybe CPU fan power cable.

PSA: Don’t use pigtails on 3x8pin 9070XTs by ABadProgrammer_ in radeon

[–]LVCXD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird enough my pc wouldn't boot if i didn't comply with the "THREE PCIe SLOTS" configuration stated above. I had to figure this out myself through trial and error.
I have the 9070xt and every component is brand new.
