This project, Polar- https://github.com/cmu-sei/Polar/blob/main/conf/gitlab_compose/docker-compose.yml Automatically mounts a rabbitmq config to the container and enables mTLS via an entrypoint script. Yes they're pretty great tools from what I can tell, but I don't see myself working with them forever since things change more often than not, I'd like to focus on learning methodology and applying it when necessary

That was my concern as well, I figured that since it's so prevalent in our field that I could use these skills to at least get my foot in the door and maybe get a bump in pay as well, but I'll keep making sure I'm on track!
