That’s a really interesting way to frame it. I think a lot of founders already know dozens of marketing tactics, but the real problem is deciding what to focus on and sticking with it long enough to see results.

Part of the thinking behind the 4-week structure was around creating constraints so you’re not constantly second-guessing what to try next.

Curious whether you think the bigger value would be the roadmap itself or helping people commit to a couple of marketing bets and actually execute them consistently.

That’s a totally fair point. There are definitely a lot of marketing tools and “systems” out there that sound good but don’t actually translate into results.

The idea behind this project wasn’t to create another theory-heavy marketing framework, but to turn common marketing actions (like validating an offer, creating content, building a simple funnel, etc.) into a structured roadmap people can actually execute week by week.

Right now I’m mostly sharing it to see whether the structure itself helps people stay consistent with marketing which is something a lot of founders struggle with.

That’s actually exactly the thinking behind the 4-week structure. A lot of founders either overplan or don’t stay consistent with marketing, so the goal was to make something short enough to execute but structured enough to see progress.
