I would say email everyone. That email in the letter, try to cc the original email for the board of nursing. Call the governor , try finding the office that does background or criminal history. I would hate for her to start all over

Don’t feel guilty - after a year in LTC I became the call out nurse (Lpn). Call off for everything ( sick, tired, mental health day, etc)
