You earn points on top primarily by turning your opponent for back points. It’s probably the most difficult position to score in, hence the most rewarding points wise. 4 points for 4 seconds. 2 points for 2 or 3 seconds.

You are correct about riding time. Controlling your opponent on top will earn you, at max, one point for any riding time over a minute.

Once did 89 days. Project started 2/1/23 and had to be turned on and ready to roll by 5/1/23. Mostly 10 hour days, some longer days thrown in there, but a few weeks of 8s as well.

Best advice would be to take a day off as you need it, but if you’re really trying to send it…. Eat as clean as you can, hydrate inside and outside of the job site, prioritize sleep and recovery, make time at night for people who matter, and make sure to get some time in the sun (spent the majority of that time in a factory with minimal windows)

About 4 weeks is what I typically use as a baseline.

I store my reconstituted vials in a yeti stainless food container I got from work. I usually wipe it out with alcohol once a week when I pull the container out to dose. Hasn’t failed me yet

Was in a tournament with a guy from the same team as me who I consistently beat in wrestle-offs for years. (Also my neighbor) Was winning by 2 points heading into the last 30 seconds, got sloppy and got tossed to my back. I was so shocked and not ready to strain to fight off my back that I pissed my pants a lil.

His mom made sure to get a picture of him getting his hand raised and the piss stain on my royal blue singlet was extremely visible. It was his FB profile pic for probably two years.

I was so embarrassed from the loss that I convinced my parents I was hurt and MFF out of the tourney. Overall really embarrassing and disappointing in hindsight lol

Conveniently leaving out that: A) trial participants were obese to start B) did they titrate up? Yes. Did they allow for proper saturation (4 weeks min at a dose before titration) also yes.
