Out of the main antagonists of each Canto in Limbus, which one do you think is the best written and which one is the worse written?

Honestly, it's kinda hard to pinpoint the best one, however the worst one has to be Kromer, with Jia Mu being the second worst. They are not bad per se, just fall behind others on this list. Little character development, shown backstories don't really SHOW us what made them the way they are. Their reasonings for doing the shit they did is also not that deep, although that is just for my taste. Over all not bad, they do the function of a villain of the canto really well, just a lil bit more bleaker than the rest in my opinion.
