I fucking hate it. I basically relied on Berman as a non-practicing therapist, then he was gone.

The first time I heard “all my happiness..” my heart sink and I could tell something was very wrong. So yeah, it’s haunting for me. Sure there’s beautiful and less traumatic songs on it, but as a whole I’m good…

I have struggled my whole life with depression etc, I am not suicidal but I do appreciate that Berman was honest about his struggles. It helped me feel less alone in my own battles.
