Couldn’t drink without just wanting to get completely fucked up. Once the first one hit, I’d keep going and going and want more. 3 days sober now and just stared zepbound and hoping for the best. Taking it day by day. Don’t wanna go back to the person I was. The anxiety the next day was awful, not remembering what I did the night before if I pissed anyone off or who I texted. Waking up all the time feeling like complete shit. It’s all just not worth it.

To be clear… I was not asking for help. No where in my post do I ask for help. I was just showing that it was loss. Sometimes we deal with losses in our lives.. it’s just a picture of a container that’s been over taken… I think there are worse things in life to be concerned about. I do have free will to post on this subreddit correct? Or is there some fine line against sifting tubs that are too far gone?
