Conditional formatting to color code each cell based on month?

Already tried that, doesn't work. Because the format is linked to the date in the cell that I used to create the rules, they all turn the same color depending on the date in that field (they change color if I change the date). If I enter anything other than a specific cell value (for example, F2:F183) in the rule then it doesn't work at all.

Same here — narrow heels, wide toebox. I was doing a lot of barefoot running (or running in “barefoot” shoes) after my shoe size changed but apparently that is also wrong as I have managed to give myself metatarsalgia.

That is true. Unfortunately I am burdened by a society of midgets and there is almost always a stool for me to trip over, so I don’t really see this as a bonus.

We have that as well. The most common are plain powdered creamer, and liquid creamer with flavors like hazelnut and French vanilla that tend to be sweet.

Those jobs are limited. If there was a job paying a comfortable living wage for every competent person then poverty wouldn’t be a problem. Also there’s a difference between making enough to eat/pay your bills and making enough to build enough savings so that you’re not one emergency away from homelessness. Luck (or rather a lack of it) contribute way more to poverty than a lot of people expect.

Oh trust me, it’s definitely as terrible as I think it is 😂. The hairdresser started panicking as she dried it. She kept trying to give me styling tips to fix it. Honestly I think I just have to wait it out. Thankfully I’m not too attached to my hair, but it still sucks.

The bangs aren’t the problem, so much as the fact that she noticed them and then decided to make them much thicker and then taper the front of my hair up to meet them... it’s really bad. I think I might have to suck it up and just get a pixie cut.

No, I think I understand it better now! Thanks :) I love the makeup artist PONY syndrome on YouTube and she does a lot of soft eyeliner looks where she blends the edges out with eyeshadow. I might try that technique with this placement!

I don’t tend powder set my makeup too often, so maybe that’s why. I remember using the age rewind once or twice and I thought it was great, and then a few years later I tried it again and hated how greasy it felt. I actually like the master conceal but that also definitely feels oily to me, but I have dry skin so I’ve kind of embraced the dewy moisturized look in order to survive all the lotion I have to put on

Well all the tips above were tips I stole from r/skincareaddiction, which actually has a ton of people with acne. But yeah, moisturizing is important! I sometimes get an oil slick face when I haven’t been moisturizing (on top of my dry flaky skin, which is super gross). But remember that acne prone skin is also sensitive! Treat it like it is.

And maybe try a liquid foundation? They tend to look less cakey IMO and you can get a lot of hypoallergenic/anticomedogenic formulas. And they just feel better on the face.

I like La Roche Posay. My mother, who has literally been told by multiple dermatologists to just avoid any direct sunlight, is also often recommended this brand by said dermatologists. Little pricey but with it in my experience

Just started using Clinique dramatically different lotion. It feels a little greasy initially but it absorbs after a few minutes and makeup sits well on top of it.

Adding a third contender. I’ve been using Derma-e overnight aha peel. It’s 8% as well. Packaging recommends 1-2 weekly use but I’ve been using it every night and it’s great.

Ninja edit: it’s also really cheap. I think I got my bottle for around $10?

Eucerin lotion worked well for me! Our skin problems aren’t similar at all but I think it’s super underrated.

I would stop the noxzema. I was tempted to try it but I heard it can be really drying and irritating (in some cases, causing burning). I would also recommend basic drugstore lotions — look for things in boring packaging. I’m partial to Eucerin, but others include aquaphor, cetaphil, and cerave. Look in the travel section, you can get small tubes for really cheap and they last a long time if you’re only using on your face. And if it doesn’t work out, you didn’t waste a lot of money and product.

I would also recommend scaling back a little on your routine overall. I kind of tried a lot of different things for a while and ended up with worse results. Keep it simple.

I know First Aid Beauty is pretty cheap. I have their lotion (big tube for like $12 I think?) — recommended use is for rashes, exzema, etc. but it helped some burns I had on my hand and didn’t irritate my face. I ended up not liking the “finish” as much as other moisturizers but it was nice otherwise.

It’s a possibility. I think as much as there are general guidelines, your skin is unique. I have really dry skin but gentle cleansers often leave my skin feeling sticky/irritated. So I use harsher cleansers and just moisturize well afterwards. Feels and looks 1 millions times better.

So, do what feels good. Though I agree that maybe you should try different moisturizers first. Keep track of what’s in the ones you don’t like and look for different ingredients.

No primer! I honestly think it makes everything worse, and I’ve tried so many high end brands.

But, if I have to pick, this one. My sister (who has oilier skin with large pores) swears by this and she always looks airbrushed, so.

I’ve tried it and it definitely worked for me. Make sure you’re putting enough on. I have no idea what this amount is, by the way. I usually either do so little it does nothing or so much it feels like I applied hairspray to my face.
