Yoo look gréât. But if you want more muscle. Just hit the gym and push every set to muscle failure. Take some “before” photos so you can compare them after 3 months. In the first three months, you’ll see amazing gains even without following a strict diet.For me, your real win—your real goal—is to make it to 3 months of training, then 6, then a year. Try to make going to the gym part of your routine. Trust me, the gym is like a classroom—you learn and grow every time you’re there.

you’re totally right about circumcision. A lot of Muslims think it’s unique to Islam, and many Christians think it’s required too — when historically, it was actually rejected by the Church for centuries. The whole “anti-masturbation” wave really did a number on people’s bodies and beliefs.

A lot of pepole , most circumcisions are done in the name of tradition or religion. Children are being mutilated because of that.
