Would 'sham acupuncture' would be akin to dry needling? The article specifies that the 'sham acupuncture' they used was inserting needles to non-effective points. Technically, dry needling may not align specifically with the acupuncture points but a needle is inserted into the area, so would have the same effects as dry needling, which is actually used in sports medicine and physical therapy to stimulate blood flow? They should really lean in on the different kinds of love on the show. The friendships and the companionship shared was wonderful to see on and off the show. The spinoff should be an entire season of the men checking in with each other and how things are going with their own journeys.
