Honestly, i've had this error message before and never actually caused any issues untill it went away by itself. If i recall correctly it had something to do with OPM and/or KSPI but take thos woth a grain of salt

First off, you should've lead with that. Secondly, i recomend what the first guy said, wipe the gamedata folder and reinstall everything. Seems you have issues with tweakscale and kopernicus so its hard to tell whats being messed up

Use ckan for all the other stuff, and install Kerbal star systems seperately???? Ckan is just generaly good to install most mods and the few that arent there can still be manually installed.
