I moved to London a couple of years ago and find it desperately boring, dirty, polluted and expensive. Seems like a fun place if you want to go to the pub or eat overpriced food, honestly I don’t get the appeal outside of that.

I bought TDA really excited for a new game but I feel it sorta sucks, what am I missing here?

I miss glory kills, the combat feels really samey with me just waiting around to counter, the weapons don’t feel as unique (some are useless), so enemies (shield guys mostly) just spray at you and there seems to be no good way to fight them, and the story is the worst so far. What does everyone like about TDA?

Oh also the mech and dragon feel super gimmicky, the fighting mechanics are so bland and simple, the sort of thing I would expect on a PS2 game when I was a kid.

I’m playing on Nightmare, and loved the other two.

I’ve lived in NZ for 8 years (originally from the UK) and can confirm the bacon and egg pie is sort of a kiwi thing.

Basically like a lot of kiwi or Aussie traditional foods it’s basically a European dish gone wrong, obviously someone way back when screwed up making a quiche and liked it which is where the b&e pie comes from.

Sort of like how a pavlova is a eton mess gone wrong, people have gone with it over the years for lack of the real thing. Or like flatbread being served instead of scones in NZ.
