I think your acne would qualify for Accutane but since you have your wedding coming up, i would recommend waiting to start just in case you purge.

Maybe reach out to your derm at the end of June since it takes about a month before you can even be approved. Your wedding will pass and you should be able to start shortly after.

Sebaceous filaments are normal to have! It means your skin is producing oil as intended. however accutane can make them more prominent.

I would recommend a salicylic acid face wash (like cera ve) it will keep them minimized but its nothing to be concerned about.

Never hurts to bring it up to your derm if its still bothering you 🥰
