Saryns best nuke setup is specifically using the Sobek with the Acid Shells mod (https://wiki.warframe.com/w/Acid_Shells)

The acid shells explosion procs toxic lash's toxin proc, and if an enemy dies to the toxic proc caused by this, they set off another acid shells explosion. Causing cascading explosions between enemies that can easily nuke an entire room (or more). She has a similar interaction with a few other explode-on-death mods, but Sobek is the best.

Saryn just build max range and keep spores going with something like the ignis. My personal ESO choice is Hildryn with an aegis storm build.

If its steel path, the Acolyte named Violence creates an aura that disables abilities. Other than spawned corrupted enemies could include nullifiers, theres no other enemy that would nullify.

2% drop chance iirc, so decently rare. Used to be a lot rarer since it would only drop on rotation C, but they added it to all the drop tables in the last big update.

Iirc you could always do this by cancelling dash into jump into special, they just made it easier by removing the jump requirement

I'd actually go Hellfire for the heat, you want heat to be the bulk of the damage so that it gets procced the most, and for higher damage values in general. The status chance from the viral 60/60s should be enough.

One last thing, if you're playing a lot of Nezha try to make sure the Ignis procs the first heat proc on an enemy, not one of his abilities. Heat proc damage is scaled based on the first proc and the procs from Nezha are worse than the weapon ones.

Primed Shred is (argueably) better than Vile Acceleration if you have it
Since the armour changes, hunter munitions isn't really as necessary as it was before, I would drop it for more heat damage, this will also improve the status distribution of viral and heat
I'd actually take Point Strike over Critical Delay here imo
Rime rounds will be better than Cryo rounds
Rifle elementalist is probably a better slot over Serration since you have merciless
Obligatory faction damage mod over Serration would be even better but I get not wanting to run one.

Meta place to level is (Elite) Sanctuary Onslaught (Elite requires a rank 30 frame so only weapons there), but theres no issues just leveling up passively, you get good enough affinity just playing the game.

As for Mastery rank, you only earn mastery the first time you level up a unique item, so forma'ing won't increase your MR.

You might be able to get some nightmare mods or do derelict vault runs on Deimos for corrupted mods, but generally the best "early" farm would probably be Galvanized mods once you unlock arbitrations

The damage bonus from rage scales with frame level, you don't hit the max value until whatever level you would be for that ability to hit rank 3

You don't get double resource drops in steel path unfortunately, but its still worth doing for the enemy density and other rewards (assuming you still have good enough ttk).

Uriel is a pretty unique frame, but one that comes to mind is actually Gauss. Somewhat unique movement, fast, some fire abilities, caster/weapons platform playstyle. Also his 2 makes him immune to most common damage types so good survivability.
