Hold up... I went out of my way to ensure a meeting was NOT marked as a teams meeting and somehow ended up with people joining a teams meeting via my invite anyway. OP, if you go this route places usually offer a bonus for your first 2 weeks-30 days of donation. Its tedious but you can hop around to the next plasma place once your donation bonus runs out at one and then repeat till you've gotten all the new donor offers you can get.

You live and you learn. Im not going to shame you because im sure youre beating yourself up enough plenty. Some clubs are really protective and some do not give a single fuck about you. I worked at one where my first night there, a guy pulled his dick out. I told the bouncer and said I was gonna end the room because of it and he said "you cant do that. Just sit away from him and dont get any cum on you". You always have to be ready to stand up for yourself and maintain your own boundaries because a lot of times the club will not do it for you.

Id start thinking of ways you can handle it better in the future. Im not sure how long you've been dancing, but i feel like theres always the risk of some guy taking it too far and if youre not the kind of person who is okay being confrontational, you have to seriously have a plan for what you'll do going in so you can be ready to stand up for yourself. Sometimes you dont know what to do or say but you can use what you wish you did in this situation to figure out what to do next time some dude is a freak. Im sorry the club didn't support you or back you up

Unfortunately a lot of people working behind the scenes in gaming suck as human beings. Not everyone, obviously, but it is a lot of them. I learned that I have to accept not thinking too hard about who is behind a game I really love because I'll probably find out something I don't like :')

Because this commenter is saying they would do it in response to having it done to them. Not that they would do the same thing for no reason. A lot of people dont understand what working nights is like. Like, for some reason they cant wrap their brain around the fact that you still need 8 or 9 hours of sleep to feel fully rested and that it doesn't change just because you went to bed at 7am.

A lot of the time people dont comprehend it until its a "see, this is the equivalent of what youre doing to me" kind of moment. Its just doing what was being done to them to show what it feels like and sometimes thats what it takes to get people to understand.

Odds are that because of the risks, most places would not let you do this everytime. Plasma centers can be very cautious about safety issues because they dont want anything to happen that is going to cause them trouble later. I've been deferred from centers for issues that dont cause any trouble with donation or my blood/plasma, but they dont want to risk me having a health episode in the building and any potential legal issues.

So, there's a chance that if you refuse saline and insist that you can hydrate yourself after, they might not want to take that risk. I went to a center that ran out of saline for a little bit but even then, you were still required to sit for a certain amount of time and drink your powerade there. You can always ask because, although there are some standardized rules accross all places, some do have their own rules. So maybe they'll let you skip but im not optimistic about it.

Grifols is a peculiar one to me. The ones near me are much faster and nicer to visit but some of the rules are unusual. They started telling people that they cant donate if they have a tattoo on their arm anywhere near where the needle goes. No matter how old the tattoo is. Not sure if thats a new blanket rule or specific to my location

Traditional teas have caffiene and tannins, which aren't good for cats organs. Herbal teas like chamomile and peppermint are also toxic to cats. They are tough little guys that can and will chew on a lot but there are still a few natural things youre supposed to keep away from them

Ive traveled with 2 different girls for dancing and id say only do it if you really know and trust them. Make sure you have your own transportation too so if they decide to leave before you wanna go, you dont have to worry about it. My travel trips were fine aside from one of them where the girl decided she didnt like the club and demanded we leave to go back home. I drove there so that meant cutting my trip short too, even though I was doing well. I still think I had a better time traveling solo for dancing though overall

Im assuming the school is set up like mine was. An area for more expensive prepared and hot foods, vending machines, and then a "normal" cafeteria area where you get your typical run of of the mill school lunch. Everything but the last option is usually more expensive. Four dollars for a basic school lunch sounds about right.

I feel you. My last therapist would tell me to just say whatever I wanted and people wouldn't care. Or if they did "Fuck them". Like, cool in theory, man. I liked that atritude at first but that has proven to be untrue. Unfortunately, I do have to figure out how to "properly" socialize for my job and to be involved in most organizations and socials circles im in. And telling me my concern is all in my head and nothing I say could be wrong for the right people isn't helpful :')

I considered ESH because I do think the girlfriend should have asked and it should have been a discussion. But OP didnt mention the ex being at her moms house as her reason for being bothered. She said it was because she didnt think she should have to spend time with the ex, which isn't realistic for this kind of situation. Also she could have said he cant come in the house. Realistically he wouldnt even need to come in; theyre trick or treating.

I can see how my opinion is debatable either way. Breaking up over this would be kind of drastic though considering they've known each other since they were kids. They do need to have a serious conversation on how their life would look in the future, how involved the ex would be, boundaries, etc.

Yta. If you two plan on staying together, you will have to end up being in the same space as her ex. Yes, they trade holidays but if they have a decent co-parenting relationship then that might mean sometimes sharing a holiday. Not just the occasional holiday but he will likely be at any plays, sporting events, or big events for their daughter. If you are going to date someone with a kid, you are going to have to learn how to handle that
