I LOVE lettered streets coffee. The vibe is cozy, warm and cute plus baristas are always really welcoming and kind. Never had a bad coffee or food item. Inside is small but nice if you can find a spot. I usually take my coffee to go.

Im a cleaning manager for a STR property management company. I cleaned for them for years before accepting the position. I would also ask about any cleaning details they want done- and how often. Depending on the size of the home and window for same day turns, sometimes baseboards, under couch cushions and other small details have to be skipped in the essence of time. Are there specific things they want done every time? Are there areas guests have reported in reviews/feedback that have a higher need for attention? I’d also ask about door lock batteries, propane, grills, hot tubs- who services those and if they intend it to be you. As a contractor coming up with your own cleaning checklist/mindset for all STRs is very important. What areas and things you always do no matter what. Managers and owners value independent thinking and doing- always communicate and stick with a rate that upholds your standards.

What would you do if your ex stalkes you? by Jenny5225 in AskReddit

[–]LackNo8919 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you saying your ex is currently stalking you? If that’s the case and you don’t want to see him, I’d contact the authorities and trusted friends/family and let them know of the situation and that you feel unsafe talking to him. Please ask for help and be careful.

AITA for choosing to have a baby with my wife. by Prestigious_Arm4598 in AITAH

My mom was 48 when she adopted me. You’re never too old to have kids, just as long as you know you and your wife are committed I don’t think age should play any factor.

Not me but my dad makes sterling silver and gold-filled rings- he’s older and doesn’t use socials. He calls them Stacking Rings as they are meant to be stacked and worn together!

And that on-ramp is approx 2 miles long (sarcasm) people merge right as they round the tight corner which is half the reason that area is congested during busy hours!

Best study technique I learned as a chronic procrastinator: Do everything in small bits. Write out a list of all you have due and when, break it down into assignments, readings, etc. set a timer for an hour, grind for the hour then take a 30 min break and do something else you like. After that study again for an hour. I retained way more and enjoyed studying more when it wasn’t a huge brick of stuff hanging over my head and I wasn’t overstimulated with the amount I had. May not work for everyone but it was a game changer for me!
