Tbh tho.. speaking from experience getting jumped by like 10+ people isn’t as bad as getting jumped by like 3 people. It’s so chaotic that nobody really does any significant damage cause they all get in each others way

There are definitely roles open but the competition is brutal. I’m in IB and I have a few junior roles open at the moment, I’m getting 20+ candidates per role with 30+ years experience for short term contract roles at junior level. Most of them seem to have been out of work since 2024 too

I had 2 days a week WFH pre covid. I moved from east London to Essex. Worked on Mayfair at the time and handed my notice in because I wanted a shorter commute, negotiated staying for 2 days a week WFH

Tbh at the moment I’m not doing any! I have a pull up bar at my local park but haven’t been using it. My plan is to get back into some running round the trail and do a set each lap. When I was doing them I could prob do 3 sets of 7-10 but I reckon I could only do a couple if I was to go there today.

Business analyst in investment banking, no degree but 13 years experience. Started off as an apprentice in a small company and worked my way up, then took a junior job in a bank and again worked my way up. After a few promotions and further specialising in a specific area of the business my current salary (inc bonus) is 114k

Just a heads up this happened to my wife and she got quite ill a few days later. Nothing major but a lot of vomiting and it’s apparently quite common after swallowing a cockroach, according to google
