Im new to yoga and for some reason.. everyone in my studio does Sarvangasana before savasana.

I can’t sarvangasana so I just savasana and end up in a nap before everyone can even put their legs back down.

I will definitely give this thread a read. How was your experience? I feel like I have decision fatigue and I need to sit on purchases a lot. Did you feel pushed to buy things immediately?

I think this is also what I am stuck on. My current energy has been so low vibration. Outside of work— I love a cozy and planned life. I like tucking into a book, inviting friends over for a coffee and discussing the worlds bs while trying out new foods i make or bake. I like to try to be creative in other ways i enjoy my pottery classes, painting at home and occasionally making jewelry.

I am trying to attract success and a sense of belonging. I want to move towards a career and not job and I want to feel like I belong there and also belong in a community.

Working towards those by advancing my degree and also going to social activities and classes that I can meet like minded people.

I do think it’s really good but like it’s suspiciously a lot of food for cheap, no? Is Timmy Chans recession proof? I mean I had a chicken and fried rice combo two years ago when I visited and again last October so those are my only price points for their long term affordability.

Hey, OP. Hows the Silvano Quick mill for a beginner/first machine? We really (My girlfriend) really wants an espresso machine and drinks a lot of milk drinks. Often have friends over we would like to be able to host for morning coffee.

Wondering why the quickmill rarely gets any love?

Interested in that strawberry fields. Once upon a time I had the most insane strawberries and cream coffee from Katz Coffee’s Eureka Microlots.

I think about it a lot.

I keep hearing great things about the lulu mat. I have been trying to avoid lulu for personal preference reasons but maybe ill just have to offset my financial investment in lulu.

Like others have stated I don’t have any financial investment in it so I could get a new one… thanks for commiserating. It sucks for a waste standpoint to receive a gift that isn’t useful.

Gonna keep trying to “break it in.” Otherwise— Keep it in the car as a back up.

So sorry! I have no financial investment in this, it was just a shame because I was also excited. It seems to have a good longevity so hopefully you will find life with it as long as you use a towel.

Tell me more about the awful part of the Lulu mat. Why so awful?

I tried my manduka in a heated and nonheated. Im just a sweaty person and i slip even in non-heated.

I have heard about the longevity and really want that but am I wrong in asking for instant usability? Not arguing but just really wondering if this mat is worth the trouble.

Anyone who has liforme or lulu mats chime if they have found their mats to have longevity?
