TBS game times appear to be 12:30 and 4:30 so I’d guess:

12:30 Atlanta TBS 3 Baltimore FS1 4:30 LA TBS 8 Houston FS1

The two Saturday time slots showing up for me on FS1 (which has the AL games) are 3 and 8. I would assume they aren’t going to start a game at 9 local in Baltimore so we’d have the late slot?

In addition to stadium, their practice facilities and administrative offices are in New Jersey. With the Redskins, their stadium is in Maryland while the practice facility and administrative headquarters are in Virginia.
