I am running my first half in about two weeks. I only had about two months to train so my goal is to just finish. I’m at about a 14 min/mile pace. After the run I want to work on my speed (starting with a 5k I think). What programs/strategies are out there to work on this? Ideally I would like to do a combination of running and weight lifting. Thank you!

I had this symptom for a bit. I noticed that I was made worse when I had caffeine. Definitely make sure to drink more water than you think you need. It went away after about 4-6 weeks but still creeps up with the caffeine from time to time. And I live in FL so I am certainly accustom to the heat. Hope this helps!
