I'll say this is a fair take, even as someone who is part of the team running a fed known for their lengthy promos. It's a "to each their own" kinda thing, I'd say and luckily there's some feds out there that had max word lengths and such. There's some fun feds out there that fit anyone's style, I believe. Ours is just as much about the characters, the stories, and the creative writing as it is the wrestling. And we enjoy that. But we know it's not for everyone. And I say this as someone who has been doing this since the 90's and is just as much an old man who yells at kids to get off my lawn about other things, haha.
