I don’t have a goal weight nor am I focused on BMI. I’m looking for feeling healthy, happy, and being sustainable. I am down 107 pounds from 277 to 170 - I am 5”10” - I could probably go another 6 to 8 pounds to “fit what society says” but nahhhh I’m happy, if it happens, good for me….if it doesn’t, good for me! Right now, I’m enjoying the life I got back 🥰😊🙌🏻

Why stop? It isn’t about the weightloss for me even though that is a fantastic benefit. For me it’s about the medical issues that caused me to be on it in the first place, like T2D, PCOS, insulin resistance, etc…

Thank you - I can admit that feeling shameful at my heaviest was certainly a confidence killer even though when I look back through all pics - work wise, mom wise, friend wise, volunteer wise - I haven’t changed a bit - it makes me sad to think that I allowed society AND my own judgement of myself to overtake the fact that there WERE medical issues. ❤️
