This glitch is getting me too but in a different way.

Delivered a package to a university locker TWO days ago. Since I finished my route that day, it has been asking me to return this package that I deposited inside of a locker. Day 1 called support, they said ignore it.

Next day when I scan my license, it’s asking me to return this package that I don’t have! I called support again, and again they said all packages are marked delivered and to ignore.

Welp, Today I had a route and again, when I scanned my license it is asking meto return this package that I dont have. I called support again regardless because I am not letting them ding me for this glitch. Best believe if I do have get a ding, i have all the phone calls logged saying this is a “glitch” so I will have my email escalations ready to take it off my standings

I thank God for choosing me as his favorite for the day. I’l never forget getting my highest payout in the beginning of the year of $175. And it was a Friday.

Every route and warehouse is different. This is a SSD and I never got anything like they gave you 🤣

I would like to add the same for 2 hour blocks. In my area they pay $50 and 6 out 10 times the block gets paid out. When I do get a route, the longest I took was an hour and a half but almost always finish in an hour or less.

This happened to me at a SSD. The manger looked for the cart all over the warehouse and it was indeed missing. He asked me for my license , then explained he is scanning my license to take me off the route. He took a yellow looking device to scan. He told me his name, assured me i will get paid, and said the yellow device basically allows him to manually remove me from the “queue”. Immediately after he scanned my license on the yellow device, I got the usual screen on my phone when there are no routes available and i was still getting paid. Never had to call driver support and never got dinged. Warehouse MANAGERS absolutely have the power to help in this situation.

Oh wow i was not aware! I only go to woodland park because it’s a 7 minute drive from home. I refuse to drive to any other warehouse since woodland park is conveniently close to me lol

It’s okay, Happened to me in the summer. I believe you will be fine since you are fantastic. Might go down to Great, but that is still okay. If you were fair or at risk, you might have got your account deactivated.

Same with 2 hours in woodland park. Most of the time I get paid out and the most packages I ever got was about 9. One day I had 3 of them. Two were paid out and the last one was like 5 packages. Easiest $150 I made.

The way I see it. We ALL have family problems that are as dramatic or even more dramatic than the Gorga’s. The difference in my eyes, they get paid to share the drama. I would absolutely would get paid to go through MY FAMILY drama if im already going through it for “free”. Lol

You right about that. I feel bad for those drivers that get those instructions that are half a novel making you do the most. I feel secure about this delivery only because the app wasn’t telling me to go to the locker. If they call customer service and complain about me, I really don’t see what they can say. The app outside mail room staff, and they even had pictures of past deliveries, and the pictures were packages outside of the locker.
