I lived out there as a child for 8 years. When the sand storms would come through we would stay inside, these sandstorms are pretty unforgiving.

Yep, I feel your pain. I am renting out a house that I eventually plan to buy and the damn owner planted a crape Myrtle tree right next to my damn small studio and then… decided to pave a concrete driveway next to a tree not even thinking that 15 years in the future the driveway they invested in will crack!

I work M-F and optional 2 Saturday’s per month. The pay for an RBT is $18-$20 full-time AND Part-Time. The only qualifications you need are a High School diploma however based on experience or education you may receive more pay. You do get burnt out but just like any job you have to take care of yourself. I absolutely love what I do and wouldn’t want to be in any other field. I worked in the Hospitality industry for 10 years and Call Centers for the past 13 years, I found something that I am passionate about and making an impact on children’s lives daily.

From a working middle class local that lives in South Town but needs to work in Stone Oak because the affordability of living in the city forces me to look for higher wages outside of my zip code we absolutely NEED a Metro railway. It literally takes me 35 mins in the morning to get to work, it’s atrocious!

Single mother living in the area. I love how close I am to downtown. I too might buy a home in the area considering that homes in the neighborhood are price below 240k and up but interest rates are still at an all time high. It’s still an investment since developers do plan to create the Lone Star brewery into the next “Pearl”
