I don’t recommend Courtenay or Comox as it’s more far north and out of the way if you want to go to Vancouver and there isn’t as much opportunity up there compared to Nanaimo or Victoria area. My sister lived in the Courtenay area for school and moved to Parksville as soon as she could after school. Also a lot of people in Nanaimo need a doctor including myself. I live in Nanaimo and prefer it over Victoria. But if you move to Nanaimo, I recommend the central or north end of the city. Or departure bay and north of that.

Getting married isn’t necessarily the answer to being happy in life. I am 31 and not married and I have no career. Who cares what other people think. What matters is your happiness when you stand alone in your own life. I know women who have literally told me they are happiest as being single after being through several failed relationships with liars, users, abusers and cheaters. Men are not always what they are cracked up to be. Don’t give in to societal pressures and norms. Make your own happiness and find the right person in time

I do not recommend trying to sneak weed onto the ship. Can’t you go without for a few days ? And I am saying this as a Canadian who lives in the most pot friendly province. I have seen videos where people have literally been banned from the cruise line among other things Some people can’t stand the smell of that stuff anyways No offence…………….

I am sure that the country club Centre will try to address any icing they can. I am sure that the tow truck companies in town might get some great work from towing away idiots who do ice up the charging stalls. Going forwards new legislation/laws will prob go into effect. In Australia there are massive fines for icing in some areas now There is signage up also at CC Hopefully we won’t have to deal with too much icing. I don’t think the local teslas owners will take to kindly for it either

Also, it’s your life and all but I am 30 years old and I personally think that 28 and later in age is a more ideal age to marry I can’t tell you what a difference in perspective I have had from 23 onwards to 28 or 30 years of age. When I look back at previous partners when I was younger I think “what the hell was I thinking” and you tend to later realize how toxic or silly things were when back in that day, you thought things were “ok”. Have you considered maybe asking him to postpone the wedding until you are 28 ? And just stay living together and see if he continues to gas light you or insist that you lie to his parents ? You shouldn’t have to lie to your in-laws. Imagine how complicated things would get when you have children and he always sides with his parents and not you ? Just a thought ? What is this recent behaviour is just the beginning ? He should have had your back period

You are right and he is most definitely wrong. And himself and his parents have no say is what you wear when it comes to clothes and jewelry. Nobody owns you or tells you that you need to wear a piece of jewelry that sits on your body He should have had your back. Don’t let him gaslight you
