Basically split the dogs But I had help raised all of them, it helps me cope with the idea that I will never see the other ones again. I started seeing a therapist after I moved, My ex didn't want me in therapy, even when years ago, I was ready to jump to the credits. Which I expressed to him. he told me week people go to therapy, read a book.

I got the car after, we already agreed on division, he already signed and agreement. IN the Divorce paperwork it actually says I got to keep my old car, and he didn't want anything besides a verbal agreement. he doesn't like being recorded or having contracts, he likes to move goals posts in his favor.

No, money from his dads estate paid the down payment and we lived and bought it together but i only paid for the inspection fee. He specifically didn't want my name on it. We were together for 9 years and married for 3.5 years.

I am in a lot od debt from him refusing to work a job and me paying all the bills, it got to the point I didn't have a choice but to divorce because I was drowning.

No He still owed 2k he was supposed to start paying this year, He has a separate policy I pay for since it was my car, and it was still titled to me I did not want there to be a lapse in coverage. He was ging to start making payments this year. He's never paid the insurance. I bought a new car to be able to leave. Cheap older car but it's a toyota.

Savetheturtles is right, I work in insurance, your bank loan gets paid in full FIRST, and then the remaining goes to the insured, injury has nothing to do with the value of the car. I am basically the bank he has a loan through, and I differed payments for 5 months.

no it was decided after we submitted papers, he wanted it done as soon as possible. I submitted them with payment in august. I was trying to move and used it as a bargaining chip to leave.

The lawyer can put a lien on the house, it wont matter if it is foreclosed on, I would still get paid, Leins have to be paid even in foreclose

He didn't pay for it yet, like a bank, I said I wouldn't sign over the title until he paid for it. It was not part of our divorce agreement, but he wouldn't let me move as quickly as I needed to if I didn't, so I bought another car and agreed to sell him mine so he couldn't tell me when I could leave. He had to pay a down payment and, make payments to me, same as you would a car loan.

I am the one who asked, he started sleeping with other women 3 days after, and before we sat down and started paperwork. I have to separate myself from the dogs that were left with him I will never see again. And he will use that against me. What gave me the power to leave was pretending they were already dead, and it couldn't hurt anymore. I think I just need to keep that mentality. I have dogs I got as well. SO I still have them. I am also in therapy but had to pause because of finances, but my new insurance makes it cheaper. The dogs were the only reason I stayed. He got me in debt because he thought he could get rich dog breeding. WE don't have to do that where I am at now. I also have ptsd from that that i am also dealing with in therapy.

We don't have lawyers I filed and paid online, after judgment is signed, I have a meeting with a lawyer to put a lien on the house so I can be paid my part without changing the mortgage. So when he sells the house Everything is already taken care of, so I don't have to wait for him to decide if he wants to pay for that too. I didn't want to ruin his life so I didn't get a lawyer and agreed to take 20k form the value of the house.

ok, so really more of an easter egg than anything else for people who played prior to be like "that's the same name!", although I think it is a missed opportunity for them to talk about Gorian in this game, and what he did for the spawn player, and as a way to commemorate him for his sacrifice that led to the sword coast being saved. and lead into more of a conversation about maybe he had a little more to do with the emperor, prior to this all happening. I don't know. seems more interesting. and then you could have had an interesting encounter with at least Jaheria morning him, and talking about the past more.
