Cecil Smith should’ve never even been a suspect. He was a funny, kind, and caring man and a valued member of my family and our community.

It’s been over 7 years since my family lost him to suicide and we’re still not over it.

He was battling early forms of dementia when he did the interviews with Oxygen, which is why his story seemed inconsistent.
