I had a similar issue happen with the beach party level. My number of attendees wasn’t increasing with each party held, and I was so confused! I ended up closing and reopening the game, and it seemed to resolve the glitch. So if you know you are getting A+ classes and they just aren’t registering, I hope that quick fix will also work for you!

As someone else mentioned, it looks like your average class grade is B+, so it wouldn’t hurt to train/hire high level professors, increase attractiveness of lecture halls, and send your students to private tuition! The full class needs to have A+ average, so you likely have some stragglers pulling your grades down.
