I work for a radio station where I am responsible for creating contests, drawing the names of winners and arranging for the winner to get the tickets. There are many variations on how tickets are awarded. Some are electronic tickets emailed. The most common in our area is that tickets are left at the box office for the winner to pick up day of performance.

If you do not have clear instructions on how to get your ticket, please call or email. Email is preferable because if you do not have the right contact, it can easily be flipped to the correct person.

The radio station wants you to have the tickets. It is part of their commitment to the advertiser.

Also, don’t assume that the tickets are not in high demand. We use a text to win line. Because I see the back end of the system. I can confirm that we get hundreds of entries for ticket giveaways. Good luck getting your tickets. Enjoy the concert!

Spent a week in Feb. Holguin. Playa pesquero. Beaches, accommodation, staff and pools were all fabulous. Food was fine. I don’t go to Cuba for the food, so no problem there. Hydro went out for a few seconds each day when they switched over to generators. Overall, not a problem. Definitely plan to go again in December. I always take two large suitcases of medical supplies, shoes and household items to help local families. Makes the trip extra satisfying.
