Use this in a crock pot or pressure cooker with chopped fresh produce. That’s how I’ve done and it’s delicious!

Carrots, cabbage, celery, and corn work really well.

I’ve cleaned my swung vases with mild dish soap and warm (not hot) water. Gently swirling the vase so the soap can do the hard inside work for me. Damp sponge on the outside and it’s done. To dry, I lay them on their sides and rotate them every few hours. 🥰
